roblawlor Love the “pint” project. It has so many ideas and range of styles, yet it manages to work cohesively as a whole. Wonderful. Repays repeated listens in kind.

about

‘positive intentions, negative thoughts’ is a lo-fi non-linear concept piece set against a backdrop of archival/field recordings and homemade ambient, electro, kosmische, anthemic pop/rock, live, glitch, downtempo, voice and noise experiments.

birds are singing
my ears are ringing
these lights are blinding
this silver lining
the worlds aligning
i’m going home

track 1 ‘pint’ features the project in it’s entirety .
tracks 2-5 ‘p’, ‘i’, ‘n’, ‘t’ feature an episodic version of the same project.

Special thanks to everyone who has offered direct and indirect positive encouragement in relation to life in general and my musical endeavours including but not limited to my parents Kay and Bill, brother Rob, cousins Kieran and Sandra and friends Brían, Cormac, Garr, Ger, Judith, Kate, Megan, Rory and Vicky.

I also want to thank the amazing community of musicians and artists on Instagram who have offered support and advice along the way. If it hadn’t been for the comments, likes, shares and words of encouragement from my friends/followers (most of whom I've never met) over the past while, I might not have continued this project.
